  1. It's actually very useful video and I learned so much about pomegranate in this video and the benefits of eating it or even drink it as juice.
    though it's not a new recipe but I used to enjoy eating pomegranate with soya sauce. at first i found the video little bit difficult but then I managed to understand it

    I think about new recipe, that is Pomegranate Stew!
    how to make it

    300g quinoa
    1 read onion
    85g raisins or sultanas
    100g feta cheese,crumbled
    200g pomegranate seeds
    85g pineapple
    jusise 3 lemons
    1 tsp sugar

    just stir it.it is so simple...

    1. Hmm..I really like the sound of your 'stew' - or is it more like a salad? stew is usually made with meat. I can't wait for warmer weather to enjoy a nice summer salad like yours.

  3. Well,in my opinion this video is very useful for many people,especially for thouse who dont know nothing about pomegranate fruit.I want to say that firstly it is healthy for our blood pressure and for people which suffering from heart disease.Secondly it simply delicious..)
    POMEGRANADE AND CHEESE SALAD:
    Ingredients:
    1 head romaine lettuce, washed and torn
    1 bunch spinach, stems removed, washed and torn
    seeds of 1 pomegranate
    1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
    1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
    Dressing:
    1/3 cup olive oil
    salt and pepper
    Instructions:
    Toss lettuce and spinach together in a large salad bowl. Add pomagranate seeds, pine nuts and feta.
    Whisk dressing ingredients together and store in refrigerator. Toss with salad ingredients just before serving.

    1- Wild Rice
    2- Almonds
    3- Pom Vinegar
    4- Garlic
    5- Olive Oil
    6- Pom Arils
    7- Salt
    8- pepper
